Workaholics: A Fuckin’ Short TV Review
Workaholics is fucking ridiculous. And offensive. And stupid. And absolutely goddamn amazing.
Adam, Blake, Ders and Kyle were just three guys making funny videos on the Internet and then some exec from Comedy Central saw one of the videos. And then they got a TV show. They didn’t really change much.
It’s basically a slacker comedy. Adam, Ders and Blake (above) live in a house together, work as telemarketers and slack off, drink and do drugs a lot. Hijinks ensue. Original premise? Nah. Fucking hilarious? Definitely.
Here’s a few snapshots of the show: “Tight butthole” is their phrase meaning something is good. They get stuck in a sewer, don Ninja Turtle masks and then nearly drown in shit. They trade throwing stars for clean urine from a 10 year old in order to pass a drug test.
Verdict: Go watch this shit. Unless you’re easily offended, in which case you should probably get the fuck off this blog, cause…you know. It might use a tried and true premise, but the actual humor is fresh. Your vocabulary will quickly degenerate until it consists only of quotes from this show.
